Step 1: Launch the app after downloading the T-Mobile app on your device.

  • If you do not know your T-Mobile ID, click on 'Get T-Mobile ID.'
  • Enter all the required details to register.
  • After entering all the details, click on 'Next'.
  • The app will automatically send a text message from your device with a code.
  • You need to enter the code from the text message on the app and then tap Next.

Step 3: After that, another dialogue box will open on the screen, where you need to complete the face or fingerprint registration/scanning on the device.
Step 4: If you are an existing user and want to set up your face ID or fingerprint on the app, click on 'More' after login.
Step 5: Go to 'App settings' and click on 'Manage Face ID' or 'Manage Fingerprint', whichever you want. Once you setup, enable that setting on your device.
